highly recommended! Carlotta is very helpful and professional in organizing the trip. Friendly and knowing a lot about the Piedmont area. I had a pleasant time during my visiting. :)Catherine WangMy husband and I were planning a trip to Turin to visit the areas where my Great Grandparents originated. We found Piedmont Tours and Carlotta through Google and we cannot be happier. Carlotta was engaging, insightful, extremely helpful, and very responsive. Her English is excellent. Carlotta planned an amazing trip including wine tasting in Langhe, a walking tour of Turin, and a visit to the small towns that my great grandparents lived. Her knowledge of the area and planning was amazing and I know we would not have been able to have as good a trip without her. We absolutely loved her and we cannot recommend her more.Mark Arbelaez-NovakThank you Carlotta for organizing our family cooking class. It was the highlight of an amazing trip to Piedmont!Randall TennantLast week we had a great time in the Barolo wine region enjoying the magnificent food and wine with the help of our tour guide, Carlotta of Piedmont Tours. Not only she has an intimate knowledge of the area, she understood what we wanted and tailor designed a perfect programme for us so that we could maximise our wonderful experience in a short 2-day visit. She organised the wine tours and introduced us to the local Piedmont cuisine and we loved the restaurants she recommended. She is a caring and considerate person and she even went out of her way to help us in our shopping. I would definitely recommend Piedmont Tours to anyone who is looking for a guided tour in Piedmont.Kai ShenCarlotta is an absolute joy to work with. She helped make our trip to Piemonte so very special. With little information on the region, I turned to Carlotta to help with where to stay, what to do, and where to eat along the way and she did not disappoint. We loved everything she planned for us! Our favorite day, however, was when we finally met Carlotta in person for a walking tour of Torino. We had an amazing day, seeing the city through her eyes and our entire group all agreed that this was one of our best experiences. My only regret is not spending more time with her! If you have plans that take you to Piemonte, don't hesitate in contacting Carlotta. She will help make your time there wonderful!Elaine HaightCarlotta was very helpful and we had a fantastic trip around Piedmont. We were able to run ideas past her and get recommendations for various activities. The driver she organised was very professional and shared a lot of knowledge of the region. Highly recommend for planning your time in Piedmont.Sam EvansCharlotte is amazing! So thoughtful and had every detail of our trip covered! I/we highly recommend her and her services! We traveled with a 9 year old too and Carlotta had every detail down for her as well! From private tours arranged in Venice, to truffle hunting and accommodations to accommodate us all with our own space! And she arranged a juice tasting for our daughter while we enjoyed the wines at the same time! Wonderful job Carlotta! We’ll be back soon!Gretchen Strong-BettenGrazie to Carlotta! We had an amazing mother-daughter trip to Italy in October. Our five-day tour included visits to wineries in the Barolo region, an authentic truffle hunt, a local cuisine cooking class, a cheese village visit, a day in Turin, and more! From our first inquiry and throughout the planning process, Carlotta was very helpful. On our tour, she was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We enjoyed her company and conversation, and we have many fond memories. We highly recommend Carlotta and Piedmont Tours!Janet HerrmannWe had not been to Turin or Piedmont before and decided we needed some local advice / help to configure and plan our trip. I was lucky enough to find Carlotta via a web search. Not only does she have great local knowledge and a very professional approach. She was genuinely concerned to ensure we created the best possible trip for ourselves. It was very easy to communicate with her and she provided very helpful coordination and information to allow us to secure wonderful accommodation, transfers, bike hire, activities and restaurants. I don't hesitate to recommend her and her company as a tour consultant / holiday provider - you'll only benefit from working with her! Richard KnightRich KnightHad a wonderful experience with Piedmont Tours!! We can’t thank Carlotta enough, our Italian adventure was perfect for the 2-3 days we enjoyed in the area. The Torino City walking tour was so much fun, she is the best and so so nice. We visited many beautiful parts of Torino like Piazza San Carlo, waterfront walk along the Po River in Parco del Valentino, and many others across the city. Carlotta had many great food and drink recommendations along way such as the Pastarell cafe (go for the pastries!) and Da Zero Pizza and no matter where we were Carlotta always had great suggestions for espresso and gelato. We enjoyed walks down no-automobile friendly streets like Giuseppe-Garibaldi street and also stopped for a good glass of wine in the nice garden square of Giardino Bottero. The next day Carlotta set us up with a very nice lunch at La Salinera in Grinzane Cavour in Langhe wine region. La Salinera had excellent courses and wine pairings from the surrounding region, great meal. After lunch we visited Mustela winery (The Moscato and Barbresco were our favorites, so good!). Very beautiful property with great wines. We can’t thank Piedmont Tours and Carlotta enough and absolutely recommend them to any and all exploring the northwest region of Italy/Torino/Langhe!Taylor Law
