Our tour was incredible Carlotta organized for our group. We asked Carlotta to plan truffle hunting and wine tasting. The entire trip went perfectly smoothly, and everyone in our group was absolutely thrilled with the experience.
The truffle hunting was a highlight. Truffliel was very kind and helpful, and his wonderful dogs completely won our hearts. Our interpreter was also fantastic—highly attentive and supportive throughout the entire activity.
Osteria was another excellent choice for the lunch. We quickly discovered that Piedmont cuisine is exceptional everywhere, but the location of the osteria was truly special. Sending us to the breathtaking landscape of Langhe was perfect.
Our visit to the winery was both fascinating and educational. The tour greatly expanded our knowledge as we got to see all the stages of wine production, taste truly exceptional wines, and learn about the local traditions.
We all agreed that the entire tour felt luxurious, seamless, and well-curated. We had clear instructions and precise location details, navigating the trip was completely effortless. Grazie mille, Carlotta!

We worked with Carlotta Prandi with Piedmont Tours to plan our trip to Italy in May, and she was absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand what we were looking for and created an itinerary that was perfect for us.
We knew we wanted to explore the Piedmont region and Carlotta’s knowledge of the area, its history, wineries, restaurants, and hotels made the trip so much more than we ever expected. She introduced us to places and experiences we never would have found on our own.
Some of our favorite memories were a private walking tour through Torino, a truffle hunt in Alba, and private winery visits that felt  incredibly personal and special. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and everything ran seamlessly.
Carlota is warm, knowledgeable, and so passionate about Piedmont. Working with her made planning the trip, easy and stress-free, and the result was truly the trip of a lifetime. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

I wanted to share my positive experience with Carlotta, who organized our recent Piedmont tour. She did an excellent job tailoring the itinerary to our interests and was incredibly accessible and responsive whenever I had questions.
Our trip included visits to charming small towns in the Langhe area, wonderful wine tasting experiences, and concluded in Turin. The highlights were definitely the three private tours:
* **Grinzane Cavour Castle:** Martina was our guide, and her insightful commentary made the visit truly enjoyable.
* **Reggia di Venaria:** Sara's extensive knowledge of the Savoy's history made this an exceptional and unique experience.
* **Sacra di San Michele:** Lucia guided this tour, and her in-depth knowledge combined with her engaging personality made it an excellent and memorable trip.

How do you give 10 stars when there are only 5 to give?! My husband and I studied in Rome back in the late 80’s and have been back to Italy many times with friends and family to Tuscany, Umbria and Rome. We have always wanted to explore this region but wanted a trip with authenticity. After a video meeting with Carlotta, I knew we would!! She helped us plan a 10 day adventure that we enjoyed with another couple! We flew into Milan and then drove to Stressa and enjoyed Lago Maggiore and Lago Orta. We then went to Torino and finally the Langhe region. We had private tours for the things we wanted to exlore more deeply. The restaurant recommendations were superb and our accommodations were just right! Carlotta understood what we were looking for in our trip and planned to perfection! She loves and appreciates the Piedmont region and it radiates in her work. We are looking forward to returning with her expertise on board!!

My husband and I were sold on Carlotta the moment she offered to Zoom with us to find out more about what type of trip to the Piedmont area we were interested in.  I like to work with local travel agents when we travel, but none had ever offered that service, and we found it incredibly helpful as we were able to ask questions and find out more info about the area.   Carlotta ended up, along with my input, putting together a superb 9 day itinerary starting with a stay in Turin, then moving on to the Langhe region and finally visiting Lake Orta on our final day before heading back to Milan for a flight out.  Carlotta arranged private drivers for us, guides, truffle hunting, visits to vineyards, a trip to a cheese village, visits to a hunting castle and monastery and more!!  She was ever ready to help if we had a question or issue during our time there.  We would use her again in a heartbeat should we ever return.  Our only regret is that she was totally booked by the time we worked with her so we never had the pleasure of her being our guide.  Oh well, next time!!  Grazie mille Carlotta!!

Our experience with Carlotta was wonderful.  Our private tour was unforgettable-from the interesting truffle hunt with a local expert and his dog, to lunch at a local restaurant, and a relaxing wine tasting at a beautiful family-run winery. Carlotta made superb recommendations for tours and restaurants in the Piedmonte.   She was superbly responsive to our requests and correspondence, and all the places we saw at her recommendation more than met expectations.
